When i use my laptop at home, many e-mails are undeliverable?

When I use my laptop at home, it will not deliver e-mails to certain
addresses. This seems to be to colleagues abroad only. When I am using my
office wireless network i do not have this problem, just when I am at home.

Please help anybody!
