When I use the adress book to forward a contac the option from app

I have this big problem on microsoft outlook every time I want to forward a
contac to somebody else the box from appears so you can select any person in
you adress book to send as.
This is a very anoying problem especialy on my Boss PC
Now He has to type hes name on the box send from: (e-mail address removed)
to:[email protected]
Plese tell me how to resove this issue whit out losing the setting on this pc.
