When I'm being bcc'd on email, why can't I view the bcc field?

Hello,

When I am being bcc'd on an email coming from external source, why can't I
view the bcc field?

When I am being bcc'd on an internal email (exchange 2003), I can view the
bcc field.

But, external emails don't display the bcc field - so I receive emails where
my name doesn't appear in the to or cc field - and I cannot view the bcc
field so it looks like I'm not supposed to receive the email - yet I am
because I'm being bcc'd.

When I am being bcc'd, I'd like to view the bcc field.

Thanks,
Marcina

The Bcc header is never sent out with the message; that's why it is
called "B" (blind) cc.
