When importing ics files to outlook 2003 I get duplicate entries .

When importing ics files to outlook 2003 I get duplicate entries - the help
files suggest that there should be an option in the input wizard to not
create duplicate entries but I cannot see this anywhere.

I've checked the updates and everything appears to be installed.

Any ideas?
