When inserting a tif file, it appears black

Hi,

How do I get to display the image correctly.

The user that seems to have caused the problem has a new computer with
office 2003 installed.
When other users try to open that file, it also displays the tif file as a
blackened image.
We can barely make up the image.

Any clues?
