Have you uninstalled any trial versions that may have come with your
Windows 7 system? Trial versions and proper licensed versions aren't
compatible with each other unless you know how to crack a trial version
to convert it into a full version.
Yes it is, but since Enterprise is a volume license you will need to seek
direct support from whoever supplied it
