When trying to install SP3 for Word 2002, and using full version, I keep
getting message to insert cd. Word came installed on my computer. Any
suggestions?

Your computer should have a recovery disk, all applications will be on that disk. If
you did not get a recovery disk, call your vendor and complain loudly...
