When installing SP3 I am asked for a disk. What disk?

Hi:

I did insert my Microsoft Office 2000 Standard CD, however, it was not the
disk it was looking for. I also trued my Professional Office upgrade disk as
well. Neither were accepted. Any other ideas? - Thanks!

Hi Dore,

At the bottom of the dialog where it asks for the CD there
should be a 'use feature from' box that names the product
CD it wants. If it doesn't accept the named one and that
is also the edition listed in Add/Remove Programs in the
Windows control panel then the installation may be damaged.

See if you can run Repair/Reinstall successfully from the
Microsoft Office choice in Add/Remove Programs.
