When is a fix coming for Entourage crashes?

When can we expect a fix for this bug that causes Entourage to continually crash? As you know, this has been a problem for more than a year and how many updates to both Entourage and Mac OS 10.x.x now? Doesn't not getting a fix for all of this time say a lot about how we (the customer) are viewed by Microsoft?

I imagine if it could have been fixed it would have, but I suspect most
resources now are being put into the next version. You should send
Microsoft feedback to let them know how you feel.
