When is msp_view_proj_tasks_ent updated

I am querying msp_view_proj_tasks_ent to get TaskEnterpriseText fields but I
cannot determine when this table gets updated.
It does not seem to be directly after the plan is published.
It does not seem to be after Portfolio Analyser has rebuilt its cubes.
I am using Project Server 2003 SP2
Any Ideas
