I have been waiting for a long time and there is microsoft office 2004 for macintosh, BUT WHAT ABOUT WINDOWS XP?????

I am the kind of person that keeps up to date with tecnoligy and get whatever is the newest but 1 thing is....it is almost the middle of 2004 and there is no office 2004 yet??? I am kinda upset about that. I wish I could get it already. Why is Microsoft so slow???

There never will be an Office 2004 as Office 2003 was released less than 10
months ago. Office 12 is in the planning stages but it not set for release
this year and probably next. Just wait for announcements.

Office 2004 is out but its for the Mac only. The next
version of Office might be Office Longhorn. That will
proably be in 2006 when Windows Longhorn is supposed to
be released. Looks like no Office 2005 either. I posted
a topic on that in here.
