when loading office 97 I get HTMLMARQ.ocx unable to register itse.

When loading office '97 in a new laptop with XP home, at the end of the
process I get "HTMLMARQ.ocx was unable ot register itself in the system
registry" and only half the program work. I checked all listings in MS
online and can find nothing to help.
