When Minimizing Outlook the system closes rather than minimizes

Wehn I minimixe Outlook my system closes the program rather than minimizes
the program to the task bar. Has anyone had a similar experience with
Outlook? Is there a short between the keyboard and the back of my chair?

All comments will be appreciated.

Look in the taskbar on the lower right. Is there an icon for Outlook? If so,
it might be set to Hide when minimized. Right click on the icon and uncheck
hide when minimized.
