When opening Outlook 07

Just installed Outlook 07.

When I click to open it up... I get the following box that pops up

Business Contact Manager for Outlook
? Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not connect to the shared
database. Do you want to work offline?

Yes No

Have ran diagnostic already
