When Print Preview makes errors?

When I type a cover letter in Word 2003, Print Preview shows it with new
mistakes I did not make. When I look back at my manuscript, it is still
perfect, but Print Preview still has it wrong and will not change. Please
Help!

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "mistakes" and "wrong"? We can't
see your screen from here.

As well as clarifying what you mean by new mistakes, does it print as per
Print Preview or otherwise?

Yes, I typed the following:
"I would appreciate consideration for professional and managerial positions
with
your company, agency, or firm."
When I finished typing this sentence, I read it carefully, and I am certain
that this is precisely what I had typed.
However, Word 2003 typed the following:
"I would appreciate consideration for professional and managerial positions
with your company,
agency, or firm."
Thereafter, I tried repeatedly to fix the problem by erasing the last few
words and retyping them correctly each time, but Print Preview kept showing
me the same incorrect stuff every time.
Since I paid lots of good money for the computer, it would do me no good to
put it in the nearest dumpster. I would appreciate constructive
suggestions. Tim

The only difference I can see between the two sentences is in where
words wrap from one line to the next. Is that the "incorrect stuff"
you're talking about? If yes, then I suspect that in Word you are
working in Normal view and you have selected the "Wrap to window" option
in Tools | Options | View. If you deselect "Wrap to window" or switch
to Print Layout view, then it should look the same as Print Preview.
