When printing emails, attachments don't show

I am using Office 2003 Std edition and am trying to print emails with the
attachments showing. I have read the previous questions and answers on this
and it says to change the format to rich text, but I don't seem to have that
option - unless I can't find it! Would be grateful for any help please - in
simple language!

Apply the latest service pack (SP3) for Office 2003. This issue was first
corrected in SP1.
