When printing word document; system reboots

I have a client that uses a fax cover sheet in word that
whenever they try to print it running Windows/Office XP
their system powers down and reboots. However, there is
one person in the office that uses Windows 98SE/Office 97
that can open the document without any problems. Has
anyone ever run across this before and if so, what was the
solution?

I'd guess that the fax cover sheet is using macros that are incompatible
with Office XP. What Fax software did the cover sheet come from? If it is a
Word Fax Template, which version did it come from?
