when receiving emails in Outlook I cannot open any of the links t.

whenever I receive an email with links to the web I am unable to open them, I
get the following message come up...
Microsoft Outlook
"This operation has been cancelled due to the restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact you system administrator"
I have had this new computer with Vista Home premium for about 4 months and
Up until now I have not had a problem.
Can anyone advise me on this

Which Internet Browser do you have set as the default? Try resetting it via
Start-> Default Programs
