When redirect I can't see who email was really sent to

I tried forwarding my work email to home but then it made it hard to read
because everything was from "me". I did redirect instead of forward from
where my name is in inbox or cc and now I get the email but I don't know if
it was sent to me or who else it was sent to - sometimes I'm only the cc so
I'm not sure who the message was directed to. It's as though it was only sent
to me instead of possibly a group of people. Is there any way I can see the
true distribution list? Also, if people have my name in a distribution list
do I need to specify anything different to include that...most have their own
distribution lists .
