When I click reply on a certain persons email, the " | " (it looks like
that) character gets inserted into the persons email address between their
name and the "@".
I looked at the email header and the incoming email doesn't have that.
The problem shows up because when I reply to this person the email gets
rejected due to an unknown email address.
For example:
Incoming = Tom Smith [[email protected]]
when I reply, it looks like this: Tom Smith <tom|@myplace.com>, so the
email bounces back rejected.
He's in my contact list, so I even double checked there and it's correct.
I tried a reply to a couple other emails I've received today and they're OK,
it's just this one email(person).
If I just send him an email from my contact list it works just fine, it's
only on replies.
Does anyone know why and how this is happening?
Thanks,
Brad
