I've noticed that if a "reminded" meeting in the past is rescheduled to the
future then the reminder is left off. I've missed many a meeting this way
since folks will say "we need to continue this tomorrow" and just update the
orig meeting (which is by far the easiest thing to do.) Tomorrow comes and
there's no reminder. IMO the default behavior should be to reset the
reminder state to it's original value when a meeting moves.
