When right clicking on an email address in the "from" header when inside an
email, you can add the email address to "contacts". How do I add or change
the option so that I can add it to business contacts instead of "contacts"?

Right-click and choose Add to Contacts. Instead of using Save and Close to
save the contact, use File | Move to Folder and select your Business
Contacts folder.

Hi Sue;

Thanks for the information. That will at least get me there. However, it is
still a poor design choice by Microsoft, because it takes several steps. Is
there a way to modify the right-click menu so one can add the contact email
address directly to the business contact manager?

Best regards,

David

No, that's why I suggested that solution.
