When Save in 97 Stop prompting me about created using later versio

I created a Workbook in Excel 2003. It had to run on Excel 97 so I saved it
as " Excel 97, Excel 2003, and 5.0/95 Workbook". Evertime I save the Excel
97 workbook, it gives me "This file was created using a later version of
Microsoft Excel etc". Is there some way to STOP it from asking this
everytime? Any help would be appreciated.
