When someone replies to my email, the reply is not visible

When I send a message and someone replies to it, I get their email, but the
only thing in the body of the email is my original message to them. This
only happens sometimes. I use Outlook 2003. When I check the same message
on webmail, I can see their reply. Why is this happening? Thanks.
