When starting OUTLOOK I get the message: procedure entry point-Ge.

Just installed Office 2003. When opeining Outlook the above message appears.
I have to clikc on the box with the message 5 or 6 times before it goes away
and I can access Outlook.

what should I do to fix the problem on start-up of Outlook?
