When synchronising my Cassiopeia E-125 loses the formula.

When synchronising my Cassiopeia E-125 with my desktop PC, the "RANK"
function no longer appears in the appropriate cells of the Excel worksheet in
the Cassiopeia. The formula is lost and a value appears instead.
I am using Excel 2003 on my desktop and ActiveSync version 3.8.0
Can anyone sort this out?
