When the PM inputs 100% complete into a project plan...

Project Server still sends a reminder to the resource that the task is
incomplete. I have tried Collaborate/Publish/Republish Assignments and
selected "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" and it still
sends the reminders. Any suggestions on how I can assist the
overburdened resource getting rid of these reminders?

Check if the remaining work of each task in the project is set to 0.
Display Remaining work column in the project plan.

I have the same issue and it does not relate to the % complete, as
project automatically puts it at 0 when you enter 100% complete. I
would also appreciate some help in this area.

Yeah, the remaining work for those tasks marked 100% complete is 0, and
the resource blew me off again for the 5th time when I try to sit down
with him to input his hours. This is not the only resource this occurs
with and it makes it difficult to "sell" the product to those who might
want to use it.

Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.
