when to block unsafe expressions

I was using Microsoft Access and a display open up and asked , do you want to
block unsafe expressions. I don't know which to choose yes or no

Choose No (don't block) if you are creating your own databases or using
databases from people you trust.

The is no reason to block them unless you use databases whose origin is
questionable.

I get this message too, how can prevent this message from displaying when
I'm opening databases that I know are safe because I created them.

It's very annoying to have to click through a bunch of dialogs every time I
want to use my databases.

Agreed. In Access 2003, you can avoid them by setting your macro security to
low:
Tools | Macro | Security.

The other alternative is to purchase a security certificate, and sign your
database any time you make a change.

Only problem is.........
When I go to Tools | Macro| I don't have a security option ???

If this is A2003, you may need to reset your menu:

1. With just the Database window open, right-click the area to the right of
your toolbars, and choose Customize.
2. In the Customize dialog, select the Menu Bar toolbar.
3. Click the Reset button, and ok the dialog.

This should reset your menu, and you should now have that option present.
