When I try importing a large spreadsheet into access, I can only see the
first page of the spreadsheet. When I open access and click on "file" "get
external data" "import" I click on the spreadsheet I want to import into
access and I can only see the first 25 lines of what I want to import. how
can I import the entire thing?
Is there a limit to how much can be imported at a time?
THANKS, Lynne

You say what version you are using. Older versions of are 16000 and 97
and up is 65000 rows.
Complete the import and look at the table that is created to see if all
of the row were imported.

What you are seeing is just a "sampling" of the data so you can review
column/field boundries, etc. It is not intended to represent the entire data
set. Completing the import process should import everything on the selected
sheet to the specified table.
