When upgrading from Visio Enterprise, Visio 200 will not accept t.

When upgrading from Visio Enterprise to Visio 2000, Visio 2000 will not
accept the Visio Enterprise product serial number and allow me to install the
upgrade. Interestingly, this is a reinstall due to a problem with my
computer. I, previously, installed the upgrade with no problem. Now, it
won't work.

The Visio Enterprise product ID is 121437120899 and the serial is XO553444.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
