When Use Cursor to Move Down Page, Some Copy Changes or Disappears

Hello,

I tried to find something to help through searches but nothing was found.

We just got a new laptop and activated Office Home and School Suite.

Opened the first assignment from professor and was adding my answers. When I
use the cursor to go down to next question, entire sections of the document
jump around or disappear entirely.

This is highly annoying. What would cause such to occur just from using the
cursor?

Hi Terry,

We have not added any printers at all yet. Want to get it all working first.

I have updated everything I know to update. How do you check specifically
for individual drivers?

Word MUST have a locally installed printer driver to work correctly. Hence
it was my FIRST suspicion and thus my first question.
