I'm using Word to format international addresses with AddressBlock.

The resulting addresses include blank lines for some countries.

Is this a feature of the address format Microsoft use for these countries?
Are the rules Microsoft are using published anywhere?

Don't use the address block. Use the individual fields. You can then use a
conditional field to include the country if it does not equal your own
country.

Hi

I have to use the address block because the database is international. The
addressblock does the formatting by country. Otherwise I would have to format
each countries addresses myself and I want to make use of Microsofts
International Address formatting.
