when using excel 2003 my microsoft help doesn't work. why???

I cannot use the help function, in excel 2003, I type in the question, a list
comes up, which I click on one. then.............. nothing. any ideas????

You are in an Access news group. I suggest you try an Excel news group. It
could be that Help was not installed. Get you Office or Excel CD, go through
the istall procedure for Excel and select Help files (I think)
