when using microsoft word is unavailable as email editor. OLE erro

When using Outlook 2003 it states that word is unavailable or installed
incorrectly I entered the following "regsvr32 ole32.dll" this clears the
error but does not start word as the email editor ? Any help greatly
appreciated
