I have just started to use OneNote and I was triing to find out if i can
convert the page into a word document so it would be easier to send and open
for others that dont have OneNote.

Sure!

File | Save As... and File | Send To both support MS-Word as available
formats.

If you have Word 2003, in OneNote's File Menu, select "Send To", and
"Word". This will create a Word document.

Hmm, not on my PC... I just have Office XP and bought OneNote as a
later addition. The "Send to" is completely empty, the "Save as..."
just offers *.one and *.mht - any suggestions how I get this
implemented?

You need to have the Office 2003 applications. OneNote, which came after
Office XP (2002) version applications, works with Office 2003.
