I am using XP pro and Office 2003 Pro. When I use voice recognition, or
speech, randomly it will stop working. I have gone through all the
troubleshooting tips and none of the suggestions ever works, and then
randomly it will start working again. Each time I get it working I think I
have it figured out so that the next time it happens I try the same solution,
but it is random so nothing really works. The only thing that worked more
than once was shutting down the program, which generates an error report, and
starting over. This solution doesn't always work either, but always
generates the error report. I need a consistent solution so I stop wasting
time trying to make my time saver work.

Just a suggestion, but you should have at least the max amount of memory
your system can handle 512 > 1 gig with the minimum amount of running
programs in the background at startup...
