When will I get my upgrade?

I upgraded to Office X in the time frame to get Office 2004 for free. Does
anyone know when mcirosoft will send the software? I still haven't received
it.

About three weeks from the date you sent in the required paperwork.

You have to send in a copy of the original dated purchase receipt, the
proof of purchase from the top of the cardboard box, as well as the coupon
("Technology Guarantee Certificate" that was available for downloading from
the MS site) and your check (to cover the shipping and handling charges).

Once they receive it, they wait for your check to clear and then they send
you the upgrade from Atlanta, GA, by Media Mail.

The whole process took just under 3 weeks (after I mailed the paperwork and
check) in my case.

Note: Pending inventory availability please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery
upon availability of Office 2004.
