about a year back i requested a disk with office 2000 service releas update.
where is it?

200x . And why did you wait for a year to ask why your disk did not show
up????

Since it takes about 4-6 weeks for delivery, I would have asked Microsoft 30-60 days after ordering.

Microsoft still offers Office 2000 Service Pack CDs at:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010383631033.aspx .

Since they are listed, I can only assume that Microsoft still has some.
Consider trying to order again.
