In visio, I make a new document, organization chart, I ad a shape (doesn't
matter what), type text in it, then I click out of the shape and all the text
dissapears except for the first line..
Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't, but at least one out of ten
times.
Anyone who can help?

The problem is that I think the design of the shape can only really
cope with one line of text. The shapes have text areas designed to
hold various text fields, there fields can be entered via the shape's
custom properties.
If you look at the menu organisation Chart -> Options -> Fields
you'll see how much data is being fit into that space.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer, but this isn't the solution.
Sometimes this situation happens and sometimes it doesn't, there isn't any
logic behind it. I think it's a bug that only comes out when a combination of
multiple software is installed on the pc.
Anyone else who knows something?

I was going to suggest something else for you to try.
Ok, someone else may be along at some time.
