Whenever I open a new Word document, therewill always be some letters on it. The letters are

These words: 'dfdfdfvdbbggf' always appear when I open a new Word document. How do I stop them from appearing everytime I start a new Word document? Please help, it's driving me nuts.

these letters must be saved in your 'normal' template.

1. On the File menu, click Open, and then double-click
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/User
Templates/Normal.dotm.

Make sure that the document that you are editing is Normal.dotm, not an
untitled document.

2. Select the letters that you want to remove, and then press DELETE.
3. Click Save.
4. Close the template.
