whenopening a document,Iget a dialogue box -file not available

I am using Word2003 . I can save a document,but on trying to open the folder
a dialogue box shows with the message ""---file not available".The file will
open in wordpad.

Are you using Norton Anti Virus? Disable the Office Plug in option under
advanced options.
