Where are Font Special Effects?

While in Outlook I used font > Special effects > Sparkle, moving lights, etc
all the time. Now all I can see are the subscript, strike-through type
stuff. The Font Dialog Box does not even have the Special Effects tab. I
used the Command interactive thing but no directions.

My guess is that you used to use Word as the e-mail editor by Outlook.

Outlook 2007? Those special effects are not supported in email.
