Am using Outlook 2003 with BCM.
If I create a new contact for John Doe in "Business Contacts in BCM", and
let's say later ADD emails and a letter.doc file under history...
1) where is this being stored...is it part of outlook.pst, or is it (like in
ACT!) put in a folder somewhere that contains a "copy" of the letter.doc
file and some type of encrypted email text file like 125RTZX34.txt for each
email?
2) What if I DELETE the original letter.doc file from My Documents...is
there still a copy or something stored within Outlook BCM, or is Outlook
relying on a link to the original and would it show under History a "file
not found" condition?
3) What if I DELETE the original email in my Outlook INBOX or SENT box...
does BCM still retain a copy or does it show under History a "file not
found" condition?
Thanks,
George
