Recently had issue with old computer. Bought new one, streaming of data done
to the cost of $150.00. Was sold a new hard drive holder into which the old
hard drive was put (same data on it as was streamed). I have data x 2.
Personal copy of Office 03 delivered with old computer was installed by me
on new computer. I cannot retrieve contacts or personal folders. Old
computer ran xp, new running Vista. Please help.

All your Outlook data is in the same file. The default location of that file
is
x:\Documents and Settings\youroldusername\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\something.PST, where "x" is the old drive's current
letter, "youroldusername" is your old Windows login name, and "something" is
the name you gave your PST, usually "Outlook" by default. Since you've change
operating systems, it's likely you will have to take ownership of your old
file before you'll be able to do anything with it. See this:

Thank you for your help. Ultimately advice was sufficient. Needed help to
allow all files to be seen. Your links probably told me how to do that, but
used a local geek to walk me thru it.
