Where are newsgroups?

I just formatted my hard drive, reinstalled all my software and reloaded all
my backup files. I had previously backed up my Address Book and Message
Storage Folders and I got my addresses and email messages working again. I
need some help getting back my newsgroup subscriptions and headers. I
noticed that there is a newgroup.dbx file in the Message Storage folder so
I'm presuming it takes a change in a registry key. Can someone advise me?

If you didn't backup the registry keys involved, you will have to re-read
the newsgroups.
