where are office layouts held?

Trying to print passport photos from 'office picture manager'.
Cant beleive there arent any passport photo layouts in the print
options.
Where are the definitions of the layouts held?
what format?
is it possible to add additional ones?
Has anyone already done this for printing passport photos?

You need a 2" x 2" photo. You're going to have to trim a photo to make it
that size but that's not real challenging.
