Where are options saved in word and office?

I am attepmpting to find out where the Options set in Word and other
office applications are saved. The things I am looking for are things
like changing the Number of MRU files and many of the settings around
the application.. The reason I am doing this i sthat we have some
users migrating and I was hoping that I could use an OPS file to save
their settings so that Office looks the same to them as it did before.
I was attemping to save the following with an OPS file

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office

But all settings are not saved... I would guess some are in Normal.dot?
Anything else?
