Where are some missing sub-Newsgroups ?

If I open Access Newsgroups thru Microsoft web page,
There are only 12 sub-Newsgroups ie. General
Questions,...,Security.

But if I open thru MS Outlook Express, There are more sub-
groups. Why ???

There are 26 English language Access newsgoups and many more foreign
language ones. If you want to access them all use a newsreader instead of a
web interface. Newsreaders are designed to properly handle newsgroups. They
are faster and safer. Web pages are a general interface. Nuff said?
