where are templates stored in the database? need to delete

Hi there,
I'm using Project Server 2003. I had a user who was working to modify
enterprise templates and *something* happened where Project crashed.

When that happened a duplicate template was created that I need to delete.

I have admin priviledges and went to PWA-Admin-clean up project server but
this template (along with two others from before my time) are not listed so
that I can delete them.

Neither my IT help nor I can find where these templates sit in the database
to know how to get rid of them (I don't think they're local since any of 10
project pro users can open these renegade templates).

Any help would be appreciated!
