Where are the add-in dialogs?

I had two add-ins in Outlook 2003 - one for Alwil's Avast4 and one for GPGol,
which allows gnupg encryption/decryption in Outlook.

I installed Outlook 2007 b2 and am having a blast. Unfortunately, the Alwil
Antivirus add-in had to be disabled because it froze Outlook during the
profile migration portion. Now I'd like to try and re-add it, but I can't
find the dialog box for add-ins in Outlook 2007! They moved it... now I
can't find it.

As for GPGol, it loads correctly... however the buttons to encrypt/decrypt
are now missing. Trying to do a customize of the ribbon and/or the toolbar
shows me that the buttons do not even seem to be loading. So... same
question... where can I get a status on this add-in?
